A better conversation
About this concept
FLOE's website does a good job showing the product. When a visitor clicks "Find a Dealer," the conversation leaves the site.
Dock Finder asks five quick questions about your shore, suggests a dock style from FLOE's published guidance, builds a full dock and lift plan with a parts list and price guide, shows it on a photo, and hands the plan to a dealer. It also works inside Claude as a connector.
Any competitor could build something like this. That's the point. No single tool wins the market. What wins is a steady run of small improvements, shipped quickly, each one keeping a buyer engaged a little longer or making a dealer's first conversation a little easier.
Call them micro advantages. They add up.
That's the work I'd like to do for FLOE: find the small gaps between the website, the dealers and the buyer, and close them one at a time, fast.
What it would take to make this real
- Real dealer routing for the hand-off that already works as a demo
- Official product photos to replace the Match a product line uploads
- Published pricing for accessories and jet ski lifts
